Where are you in your journey?
In order to provide you with the best support, we need to know where you are in the process. Have you or your child been diagnosed by a professional. Are you seeking a second opinion? Do you require support services, or parenting support?

Diagnostic Services:
The first step in better understanding yourself, or your child, is to participate in an evaluation process with the aim of better understanding the neurotype and any co-occurring difficulties that require support, such as specific learning barriers, difficulties with emotional regulation, sensory regulation and speech and language challenges.

This process starts with an in-depth intake interview, and may be followed-up with appropriate assessments by one of our therapists. If you are bringing your child, an observation at school would form part of this process.

We use the DISCO and MIGDAS-2 as the primary tools for guiding our autism diagnosis process.
Therapeutic Support:
When you already have a diagnosis by a professional, and are comfortable with the findings, we can offer the following support services:
-
Occupational Therapy to help with understanding the sensory needs of the individual.
-
Psychotherapy to help support the individual with any difficulties they may be facing in their life.
-
Speech Therapy to help with communication challenges.
Psycho-Education:
If you have been for therapy, or therapy has not been deemed necessary, post-diagnostic psycho-education or parenting support may be the next option. Psychoeducation is considered a key component of working within neurodivergent people.. Without the right type of support, partners, parents, friends, teachers and employers may unintentionally be doing more harm and causing trauma.
